There is a feature in ProWorkflow that many users overlook. The ‘New Project Request’ feature. Your external clients that have a login to your ProWorkflow account are able to request new jobs/projects easily.

It ain’t glitzy and it certainly ain’t glam but, by heck, it sure is grunty.
ProWorkflow’s Audit Log now enables filtering by over 200 different actions. Previously filtered searching was available for about 29 different actions but our users have asked for increased clarity and searching capabilities – you got it!
Coming in the next update is a change to file uploads in ProWorkflow, in the past when you upload any files the naming is kept the same so if you uploaded a file called “Myholiday&123#XYZ.3.2.1.wmv” it would upload, problem is the web doesn’t like many of these special characters in URL’s, something like a hash [...]
