We’ve made a tweak to the onscreen alerts that appear in the header of ProWorkflow so that only the 100 most recent alerts are shown.

There are a couple of things to check if you’re experiencing held up communications or alerts from your ProWorkflow account:
Check junkmail folders for emails
Add the email address as a safe sender
Notify your ISP that this is a safe sender

There are a few places to change your alert settings within ProWorkflow; the header, the Project Details and in the Email Alerts Settings page.
The header controls your own alert settings
The Project Details page controls the alerts for that specific project
The Email Alerts Settings are system wide
In the header:
Projects Manager > Project Details:
ADMINISTRATION > Email Alerts [...]
Due to spam rules now in place we have recently had to change the settings on all accounts so when emailing invoices/quotes or receiving email alerts, they will come from alerts@the proworkflow server your account is on e.g. alerts@proworkflow2.net.
