Ease of use and user interface was one of the key focuses in the launch of ProWorkflow V8. With the new in-app favorite/bookmark function, back and forth navigation amongst individual Projects and Tasks has never been easier. This feature will be star in your organization in no time!
The “Favorite Icon” is situated on the top right hand corner of the screen displayed as a star. This function of the software is completely customizable to each individual User of ProWorkflow and the quickest way to move between Projects and Tasks replacing the use of the Back Button and Favorites Tab on the Browser.

Functionality
Upon clicking the star icon, a new menu appears. On the left you have a list of the last 5 Projects and Tasks that have been you working on.
Towards the right of the menu you have the Favorite Projects section. Click the Add button to add a Project that you frequently work on. You can also click on the star on the top of the Project Details page of the Project you are working on to book mark it to add it to your favorites. Now, no matter what are you decide to delve into ProWorkflow your favorite Projects are always just one click away!
The My Web Link section beneath Favorite Projects is a universal bookmark function where you can add external URL links to ProWorkflow and quickly navigate to them as well.
