Moving Tasks in ProWorkflow

In Version 7
- Go to the ‘Project Details‘ page for the project containing the tasks that need to be moved.
- Click ‘Move‘, displayed at the top right of the Project Tasks list to open a new pop-up window called Move Project Tasks.
- Select the name of the destination Project from the drop down list.
- Tick the checkboxes of the tasks that need to be moved.
- Click the ‘MOVE TASKS‘ button, the window will refresh to show any remaining tasks in the original project.
- Repeat steps 3-6 if needed.
- Close the window.
In Version 8
- Go to the ‘Project Details‘ page for the project containing the tasks that need to be moved.
- Click ‘Add /Edit Tasks’ at the top right of the Tasks Module to open the ‘Add /Edit Tasks’ pop-up window.
- Tick the Tasks you want to move in the check boxes on the left.
- Click the orange ‘Move’ link and Select a Project to move the tasks to from the drop down list.
- Click ‘Confirm’
- Click ‘Done’ to close the pop-up.
Copying Tasks in ProWorkflow

In Version 7
- Go to the ‘Project Details‘ page for the project containing the tasks that need to be moved.
- Click ‘Copy‘, displayed at the top right of the Project Tasks list to open a new pop-up window called Copy Project Tasks.
- Select the name of the destination Project from the drop down list.
- Tick the checkboxes of the tasks that need to be copied.
- It is possible to edit details of the selected tasks at the same time if desired.
- Click the ‘COPY TASKS‘ button, the window will refresh.
- Repeat steps 3-6 if needed.
- Close the window.
In Version 8
- Go to the ‘Settings’ page in ProWorkflow.
- Click the ‘Task Templates’ link on the left of the page.
- To copy Tasks from an active Project, select the Project to copy Tasks from in the ‘Select Current Project’ drop down box in the ‘Project Task Template Builder’. To copy from an archived Project select ‘Load Achieved Project’ and select an archived Project from the ‘Select Archived Project’ drop down box.
- Use the ‘Task Template Editor’ pop-up that has appeared. Edit or delete any unwanted Tasks and give the Task Template a name.
- Click ‘Done’ to create a new Task Template.
- Add Task Template to the required Project
