In order to keep our servers updated with the latest server/system software, we’ll be applying some minor system updates in the next week.  Applying these updates will require a reboot of your server(s) that will cause a short service outage. For most servers this outage will last only 5-10 minutes.

We wanted to keep customers informed so if you experience any minor outages, you don’t need to worry – it will only take a few minutes  ;-)

To minimize the effect to users, updates will be applied during these times:

  • US Customers — between 10pm & 5am
  • EURO / UK Customers — between 4pm & 12am
  • AUS / NZ Customers — between 4am & 11am
  • TRIAL Accounts — between 4am & 11am

Note: This is based on the time of our server location (US, Inninois).

This update is planned to be outside of work hours for most ProWorkflow users, so should have minimal impact.
