As our core solution ProWorkflow is a SaaS (Software As A Service) company, we often get asked about our uptime. We have a number of servers, all hosted with FastServers Datacenter in Chicago. Feel welcome to read more about our servers and data security over on this page.
We pride ourselves on having great uptime and have a number of services and tools in place to monitor this and alert us if any issues arise. Below we’ve copied a few screenshots of the last months uptime report for some of our servers so customers can see how reliable they are.

Typically, we average about 99.99% uptime. This works out approximately 5 minutes per month of downtime per server and is usually for maintenance or updates – not too bad!
