We know it can be a daunting task to get into a new application, and especially a project management software solution. This is due to the general level of complexity involved with project management, but also as it’s hard to use a new project solution until you’ve populated it with some data.

To speed up the process of ‘getting into ProWorkflow’ and to help you handle simple tasks even quicker, we’ve designed a ‘Setup Assistant’ tool.

This is due for release in the next 2 weeks, and will be found in the following location: “ADMINISTRATION > Setup Assistant” in the application.

Here’s a few screens to give you a teaser of what’s about to be released. We’re open to feedback if you feel we’ve missed anything or could improve.

Main Screen

There are two sections. The left side helps you setup the administration options whereas the right side helps you start entering information.

Make it yours!

The first section allows you to easily update most of the default application settings. This will help you configure it to your needs before you start entering your project information.

Let’s get started!

The second section allows you to easily add initial information. We’ve made it simple to setup staff users and clients and set their permissions. When that’s sorted setup your default settings for managing projects and tasks.
