Ever had one of those jobs you knew needed doing that was so big you didn’t know where to start? That’s our knowledgebase!
It was last updated about v5.?? and we’re up to v7+ so the new guy Richard Poole took it upon himself to update it. He’s been head down for the past few weeks and we now have a shiny new knowledgebase!
Richard has reorganized and rewritten from an end users perspective to make it easy to find information. Take a look and see for yourself!
Above: The main knowledgebase navigation, showing the categories. The sections are ordered and named in the same way as the application to make finding information for intuitive.
Above: This shows a standard search result. Note that the relevant articles are sorted in the categories and can be easily expanded.
Above: This shows an expanded article and keyword highlighting. Most articles are laid out simply with steps to follow. Nice and easy!!
