Here’s a few of my favorite tips for getting the most from your ProWorkflow account, snazzy little tweaks can make life so much more enjoyable and at this time of year we’re all keen for that.

Task Templates (they rock).
Build new templates or utilize the default templates and save time and hassle setting up a new project. This is fantastic for building sets of tasks that are standard; allotting time, assigning staff and setting task orders are able to be done here – it couldn’t be simpler.
Project Communications.
They’re cool and they’re handy – the addition of the WYSIWYG functionality really makes this tool work. This allows you to send emails and/or internal project communications with ease. As the Communications are permission based a contact will only see the message if they’re selected in the ‘Send To’ option.
Embed your ProWorkflow login form directly into your web page.
This works brilliantly for a customer portal and means one less link to bookmark. This not only gives you a professional, clean look but it also gives confidence to your customers by linking to your corporate image. (There’s a great example at groovy like a movie.)
Customize, customize, customize.
This can make the hugest difference – why look at our gorgeous orange all day when you can change colors, logos and headings to match your corporate image.
Pop into the ‘Look’n’Feel Settings and upload your logo, change your color scheme and set your new heading.
