Over the past month, one of the team, Sam Law has been dilligently working on writing a full dynamic Knowledgebase for ProWorkflow. This is nearly complete and is available now from within the Client Area. It’s written in the same structure as the application, so is easy to read, searchable and live!
We’ve also embedded this dynamic Knowledgebase in the ProWorkflow application, so rather than having a downloadable, dated manual, this searchable Knowledgebase pulls info directly from our server, so we can keep it updated as we release new features or tweak the solution. We’re also improving this all the time as we receive feedback. It’ll be a great support tool!
