Client Area – New Features Added

In order to better support customers, we’ve added some powerful new functionality to the Client Area:

Add Users Instantly!
To make it easier to add Staff user licenses to your account, we’ve added a new “Add Users” page. You can add your users instantly (without contacting us, and waiting) and can see the immediate price difference. Click to approve and the user license will be added to your account! The monthly billing will be automatically updated!

Multiple Credit Cards
Can be securely stored per account on file in the Client Area and a default card billed. Your credit cards on file can be updated or removed at any time.

Account Invoices and Statements
Can be viewed, downloaded or searched. You can also see if there are outstanding payments due. Use these for your records.

Manual Payments
You can make manual payments from a stored credit card either for monthly accounts overdue or for custom development invoices.

All these will ensure that billing runs smoothly, there shouldn’t be account interuptions and out billing team can relax a little more!
