We’ve been building a new powerful billing system over the past months.
Due to the nature of the SAAS (Software As A Service) business model, the monthly amount charged to customers can vary from month to month due to added plugins, increased user levels etc.
In the past, we’ve had to stop and restart billing schedules each time there was an adjustment, and card details needed to be re-entered each time. What a hassle! All sorted now though. Here’s what we’ve built into the Client Area.
Auto Monthly Adjustments:
The monthly amount will be adjusted automatically and the card charged accordingly.
Multiple Credit Cards:
Can be securely stored per account on file in the Client Area and a default card billed. Your credit cards on file can be updated or removed at any time.
Account Invoices and Statements:
Can be viewed, downloaded or searched. You can also see if there are outstanding payments due. Use these for your records.
Manual Payments:
You can make manual payments from a stored credit card either for monthly accounts overdue or for custom development invoices.
All these will ensure that billing runs smoothly, there shouldn’t be account interuptions and out billing team can relax a little more!
